I seem to be the "queen" of these tables, as I constantly find them. They are such a great vintage style, but they look a little dated.
I decided to paint this piece in General Finishes Linen. This paint just glided on like butter!
I always clean my piece with TSP.
And sometimes, just sometimes I sand my piece. Only if it has a shine like this.
I use 100 grit wipe off and get to painting. That's the beauty of milk or chalk paint. The only prep you need to do is clean it.
I then sealed with GF top coat.
Accented the hardware with gold gilding wax.
Love this piece!
